I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow a turnaround of 3 business days for your order to ship out, and an additional 3-7 days for your order to arrive at your doorsteps. Note that tracking numbers will be sent out within 2 business days after the product has been shipped.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchange page to initiate a return.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply email us at heythere@ourcommonplace.co.
Do I have to pay taxes & duties for my order?
As the recipient of the order, customers are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on purchases. Unfortunately, we're unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you to contact your local tax authority or customs office before placing an order.
I love your products but want to see more sizes, how is ourCommonplace addressing this?
Having a wide range of sizing is definitely something that we've had as a priority. As a marketplace that carries inventory from brands directly, we're working towards tackling this as an industry wide issue. Please note that we have some discussions in the works and you should see more brands that are size inclusive coming onto ourCommonplace soon!
