Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is an international testing and certification system for textiles, focusing primarily on limiting the use of harmful chemicals in the textile industry. The certification body tests for over 100 harmful substances in the raw textile  intermediate and end products to make sure none is left in the fabric at all stages of the manufacturing process.

The more closely the product is in contact with the skin, the stricter the human ecology requirements that it must meet. Our bedding products passed the Product class II test, which is used to test textiles used close to the skin, including underwear, t-shirts and bedding.

The prerequisite for textile products to be certified under the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is that all components of an article, without exception, comply with the required criteria – so not only the outer material, but also the sewing threads, linings, prints, and any non-textile accessories such as buttons.
